The end for Shadrack Sibiya & Bishop Maumela after detective expose them. Mr M?
Shocking Courtroom Revelations Expose Senior Police Official in Disturbing Exploitation and Intimidation Scandal

Dreadful details emerged during the explosive bail hearing of Shadrach Sibiya as Detective Sergeant Nthabiseng Ndlovu delivered chilling testimony outlining alleged death threats, systemic grooming, and sexual assault.
Detective Sergeant Nthabiseng Ndlovu testified under oath that Shadrach Sibiya issued a terrifying warning, directly stating: “Could take a minute to wipe you and your family out”.
Presenting evidence to ensure Shadrach Sibiya remains behind bars, Detective Sergeant Nthabiseng Ndlovu informed the court that releasing the 59-year-old official would pose an immediate danger to a 16-year-old victim of alleged grooming and an 18-year-old victim of alleged rape.
The court also heard about unruly behavior inside the holding facilities, where Shadrach Sibiya allegedly demanded keys to his cell from police officers while complaining of claustrophobia.
The testimony detailed how Shadrach Sibiya first established contact with the 16-year-old victim, identified in court as ZM, after asking his personal bodyguard, Mr. M, to collect her for a gathering.
After obtaining the contact details of ZM, who is the daughter of Mr. M, Shadrach Sibiya allegedly initiated secret communications on July 20, 2026.
The court heard that Shadrach Sibiya engaged in explicit text exchanges and made a 51-minute late-night WhatsApp call, instructing ZM never to date anyone else and insisting that he wanted to be the only one to have her.
Detective Sergeant Nthabiseng Ndlovu revealed that Shadrach Sibiya sent ZM her own private photographs without her knowledge, leaving the teenager deeply shocked over how he accessed the files on her device.
Although ZM ceased responding out of fear, Shadrach Sibiya texted her late on the night of July 24, 2026, demanding that she fulfill a promise to send explicit video content.
The 16-year-old subsequently transmitted a four-minute video, after which Shadrach Sibiya complimented the media and demanded additional material while asking if she was deleting their chat logs.
The hearing further exposed a separate incident involving Mr. M and four young women whom he had transported to Sandton City.
According to court testimony, Shadrach Sibiya reviewed the phone of Mr. M while sitting next to him, noticed text messages from the young women asking to visit a venue to take photographs, and suggested taking them to The Grand strip club.
At the venue, Shadrach Sibiya instructed the four young women to consume unlimited food and alcohol at his expense.
The group later proceeded to a room at the Sandton Hotel, where Shadrach Sibiya arrived wearing a jacket hiding additional alcoholic beverages.
Shadrach Sibiya allegedly initiated a game of truth or dare and attempted to kiss one of the young women, prompting Mr. M to intervene and request that the game stop.
As the drinking continued, one of the young women passed out, leading two of her friends and Mr. M to take her down to the hotel reception to seek medical assistance.
An 18-year-old woman was left behind in the room, where she subsequently lost consciousness from severe intoxication.
Upon waking, the 18-year-old discovered physical trauma, bloodstains, and signs of sexual assault, realizing that someone had forced himself upon her while she was incapacitated.
Detective Sergeant Nthabiseng Ndlovu stated that upon returning, Shadrach Sibiya spoke to the other young women, making explicit remarks about the victim.
Court proceedings intensified when an audio recording was played in open court, exposing an attempt by Bishop Makamu to interfere with the criminal investigation.
In the recorded phone conversation, Bishop Makamu contacted Mr. M to inquire about the arrest of Shadrach Sibiya at The Grand and sought information regarding the identity of the 18-year-old victim so they could contact her to withdraw the criminal charges.
During the recorded call, Mr. M denied knowing the identity of the police officers or the victim, resisting attempts to locate the young woman.
Outside the court, Bishop Makamu publicly defended Shadrach Sibiya during media interviews, claiming the senior officer was being targeted through political witchcraft within the South African Police Service.
Addressing media reporters, Bishop Makamu described the police presence at the home of Shadrach Sibiya as a devastating situation for his children, claiming the arrest was driven by an internal agenda.
Despite those public claims, Detective Sergeant Nthabiseng Ndlovu maintained that Shadrach Sibiya presents an extreme risk to the public and must remain in custody as investigations into the network continue.
