Sindane and Sibanyoni’s Whatsapp chats laid bare | Breaking News
Unbreakable Legal Wall Crumbles as Shocking Leaked Messages Expose Dangerous Empire Takeover and Secret Hitmen Payments

A sensational legal confrontation reached a boiling point inside the courtroom after Mpumalanga taxi boss Bafana Sindane suffered a crushing defeat in his 11th-hour bid to stop the Madlanga Commission from exposing his private digital communications.
The high court officially struck Bafana Sindane’s emergency application off the roll, completely clearing the path for Chief Evidence Leader Matthew Chaskalson to place the explosive contents of the phone records directly onto the official public record.
Addressing the commission, Matthew Chaskalson laid bare an intricate network of criminal collusion, asserting that the chat logs establish an undeniable working relationship connecting Bafana Sindane and Joe Sibanyoni to violent criminals, organized hitmen known as iziNkabi, and heavy-handed enforcers executing brutal campaigns for illicit purposes.
Detailing the extent of these criminal ties, Matthew Chaskalson revealed that Bafana Sindane and Joe Sibanyoni went so far as to personally bankroll the legal defense expenses for at least two convicted murderers.
The forensic presentation proved that Bafana Sindane and Joe Sibanyoni systematically paid the legal bills for Guabu Mahlangu, an assassin convicted of a taxi-related murder, alongside Tshepo Richmond Mkhwanazi, who was similarly convicted of a cold-blooded taxi assassination.
The attorney hired and paid by Bafana Sindane and Joe Sibanyoni to defend Guabu Mahlangu and Tshepo Richmond Mkhwanazi was identified as Mr. Mvabu.
This same legal representative, Mr. Mvabu, represented arrested police sergeant Fana Nkosi and claimed to be the ultimate source of a massive sum of cash discovered in Fana Nkosi’s physical possession during his high-profile arrest in April.
The WhatsApp records extracted from Bafana Sindane’s device exposed activities stretching far beyond systematic extortion and dangerous ties to convicted hitmen.
The evidence demonstrated that Bafana Sindane and Joe Sibanyoni actively plotted to outmuscle attempted murder accused Vusi “Cat” Matlala and seize control of his lucrative illicit narcotics enterprise.
Furthermore, the digital messages revealed that Joe Sibanyoni directly inherited the vast criminal empire previously commanded by the late taxi kingpin Jabu.
Reading chat number seven directly into the official record, Matthew Chaskalson highlighted a chilling text sent by Joe Sibanyoni to Bafana Sindane, which read: “LOL. I need a meeting. I have a 500 million deal for Moloto Road”.
Immediately beneath that message, Joe Sibanyoni sent a second text stating: “The director who got the contract wants to meet up with you”.
Matthew Chaskalson then exposed the critical follow-up message on page 979, where Joe Sibanyoni explicitly declared: “He used to report at the farm and we know what the farm is according to Mr. Sibanyoni. It’s Mr. Jabu‘s property. He used to report at the farm for all his Soshanguve projects, but he now knows there’s a new sheriff in town”.
This damning evidence directly contradicted previous sworn testimony provided by Joe Sibanyoni when questioned by Co-Commissioner Sisi Khampepe regarding whether he had assumed operational control over the criminal enterprise.
At that time, Joe Sibanyoni completely distanced himself from any illegal conduct, painting himself before the panel as a devout man of God.
With his former defense completely shattered by his own text messages, Joe Sibanyoni faces an intense return to the commission for a brutal cross-examination.
