JULIUS MALEMA’S BOMBSHELL EXPOSED! Foreign Tenderpreneur Threatens Women as SANRAL Scams Erupt!
Secret Foreign Tenderneur Busted Threatening Women in Luxury Restaurant as Political Border Flip-Flop Ignites National Fury

A high-stakes political and social scandal detonated across South Africa after a high-profile foreign businessman was captured on camera launching a terrifying, violent tirade against women inside a luxury Sandton restaurant.
The explosive incident at Vlamo restaurant in Sandton, which ignited intense public outrage during national Gender-Based Violence Awareness Week, involved a man in a suit weaponizing his status to verbally abuse and threaten women who rejected his romantic advances.
The perpetrator, identified as Zimbabwean national Lawrence Chamunorwa Mudinanyama, bragged about his immense personal wealth and luxury properties before making explicit, deadly threats against the women.
“No, I wanted to correct you. She’s telling me to leave. I’ll put a you understand. No matter you now and walk I buy this restaurant I own it”, Lawrence Chamunorwa Mudinanyama declared on camera.
“Don’t ever me I’m a wealthy man. You guys are poor ladies. You can record me. I’ll put a bullet in all of you and the owner who owns here Jordanian works for me. Did you record? Trust me”, Lawrence Chamunorwa Mudinanyama stated.
“Me, I don’t I’m not those ones who play me. I’m not those ones who play. I stay in Steyn City in Cape Town in London in the US. I’m not those little boys”, Lawrence Chamunorwa Mudinanyama boasted.
“I’m too wealthy. You understand? I’m too wealthy for you guys. Me, I’m a wealthy man. You guys are poor ladies. You can record me. I’ll put a bullet in all of you and clear. I will murder you now and walk”, Lawrence Chamunorwa Mudinanyama threatened.
The viral footage, widely circulated by actor Tumisho Masha, sparked rapid public exposure of the businessman’s extensive corporate ties to South African state contracts.
Lawrence Chamunorwa Mudinanyama is the founder of Moral Infrastructure Group, a company registered on the CIPC with a South African identity document number that pays an annual filing return of just 100 rand while holding Level 1 BEE status.
Official records revealed that Moral Infrastructure Group scored hundreds of millions of rands in state tenders during 2024 and 2025 from the South African National Roads Agency SOC Ltd (SANRAL).
Moral Infrastructure Group also secured a lucrative 16 million rand tender in 2024 through the municipal Water and Sanitation Department.
In response to massive social media outrage, Minister of Transport Barbara Creecy intervened, instructing the SANRAL board to initiate an immediate investigation into whether Moral Infrastructure Group was lawfully appointed and fulfilling its contractual obligations.
The Sandton restaurant scandal unfolded alongside a severe national crisis, as South Africa mourned the brutal murders of ten women killed in less than a week across Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni.
Addressing the crisis during a provincial manifesto launch in Inanda, north of Durban, on Saturday, September 19, 2026, Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Commander-in-Chief Julius Malema called for the immediate formal documentation of all undocumented individuals to trace untraceable crime scene fingerprints.
“So when women get killed in Kempton Park and the police come and say all the fingerprints we found on those women are not traceable anywhere. That’s why we have a problem. That’s why we must document them so that we can trace them”, Julius Malema stated.
Julius Malema maintained that documenting individuals would allow law enforcement to track suspects to their origin addresses or utilize international extradition treaties if they flee the country.
“I’m saying to you, let’s unite. I’m saying to you, let’s be peaceful. Let’s be together. Why would you hate someone who’s preaching love and peace? I’ve never said, let’s be divided. I’ve never said let’s kill each other”, Julius Malema told the media.
Defending his party’s gender representation, Julius Malema highlighted that the EFF features female metro mayoral candidates in Johannesburg and Ekurhuleni, urging men to stop abusing women.
“We as men must just stop beating up women. We must just stop killing women. There will not be a need for protection of women. It must be in our blood. It must be in the upbringing of our children”, Julius Malema declared.
Critiquing the state’s security response in Ekurhuleni, Julius Malema demanded immediate high-visibility law enforcement operations, roadblocks, and stop-and-search tactics reminiscent of the 2010 World Cup security measures.
Julius Malema urged citizens not to take the law into their own hands, emphasizing that only law enforcement agencies possess the institutional capacity to verify legal status.
The EFF leader’s current call for documentation and police enforcement stands in stark contrast to his public directives on January 14, 2021, during the COVID-19 border closures at Beitbridge.
In 2021, Julius Malema explicitly urged individuals from SADC nations to bypass closed borders, stating: “Let the borders be open. And if the gates are not going to be open for SADC fellow SADC people, please find a creative way. This is your home”.
During that 2021 address, Julius Malema criticized border enforcement as colonial, urging members who opposed his Pan-African stance to leave the EFF.
As election campaigning intensifies, the intersection of political flip-flopping on border policies, state tender mismanagement, and unchecked violence against women has ignited an unprecedented wave of public outcry across the country.
