Feroz Khan’s DIRTY Madlanga Plan ENDS in DISASTER!
SAPS Fires Commander After Hearing No-Show As Explosive Evidence Uncovers Rogue Intelligence Operations And Stolen Narcotics

Major General Ferros Khan has been officially dismissed from the South African Police Service after failing to attend his formal disciplinary hearing, compounding a massive institutional crisis as explosive evidence from the Madlanga commission exposed his deep involvement in rogue intelligence networks, illicit political favors, and missing drug seizures.
Evidentiary records presented before the commission revealed that Major General Ferros Khan utilized Muhammad Syed as an intermediary to interface directly with opposition political leader Julius Malema.
Digital records established that on June 15 at 12:07 PM, Muhammad Syed forwarded a message to Major General Ferros Khan requesting sensitive information regarding Sandton case number 76/07/2019, explicitly identifying Julius Malema through the moniker “juju brew”.
Within minutes of receiving the request, Major General Ferros Khan accessed the official SAPS computerized database and transmitted a screenshot identifying the complainant in that case as Mr. Ruplau, who served as the curator for VBS Mutual Bank.
Moments later, Major General Ferros Khan sent the specific residential home address of Mr. Ruplau directly to Muhammad Syed to be passed along to Julius Malema.
The case in question involved severe fraud allegations surrounding VBS Mutual Bank, a financial institution tied to a sworn plea explanation affidavit by former VBS chairman Mr. Matzi, who was convicted and sentenced to an effective 15 years in prison.
In that sworn plea affidavit, Mr. Matzi admitted to paying millions of rands in bribes to Julius Malema and Floyd Shivambu to secure political protection for VBS Mutual Bank from the Economic Freedom Fighters when investigators began probing the institution.
Commission evidence leaders highlighted that Major General Ferros Khan provided the confidential police database records and home address of Mr. Ruplau to Julius Malema precisely while requesting that Julius Malema assist him in orchestrating questions to the Inspector-General, operating as an illegal exchange of favors.
The investigation further uncovered a separate chain of communications beginning on June 30, when Major General Ferros Khan forwarded a formal notice of disciplinary action to Muhammad Syed.
Issued by the divisional commissioner of Crime Intelligence, the notice informed Major General Ferros Khan that he was under investigation for exceeding his delegated authority to show off to friends, demanding a written response by close of business on Friday, July 30.
Upon receiving the document, Muhammad Syed asked Major General Ferros Khan if he could forward the internal police disciplinary notice directly to “Guju”, to which Major General Ferros Khan initially instructed him to hold off before declaring: “Yes, bro. This should get him to lie, and in return, we can ask for his removal cuz he lied”.
The primary strategy was not to determine if the Inspector-General possessed an association with Timmy Marimutu, but to construct a trap forcing the official to commit perjury before Parliament to secure his removal from office.
During the proceedings, commissioners rigorously interrogated legal representatives regarding fraudulent medical certificates produced to justify the absence of Major General Ferros Khan from duty.
Evidence leaders demonstrated that an original medical note dated July 24, 2026, issued under the authority of Lieutenant General Khumalo, was improperly altered to reflect a backdated period starting May 18, 2026.
Despite assertions from counsel Mr. Vali that the alterations constituted the correction of a mere administrative or clerical error, commissioners pointed out that Dr. Fine submitted a sworn affidavit confirming she altered the dates without knowing the true purpose of the request, which was submitted directly by the son of Major General Ferros Khan.
Commissioners emphasized the suspicious nature of the alteration, noting that Major General Ferros Khan was shot late at night on Sunday, June 28, 2026—a period during which he was officially documented as being medically unfit for duty.
Counsel Advocate Essa attempted to explain the late-night presence of Major General Ferros Khan on the street by revealing he had been called into legal consultations over the weekend to review 11,343 pages of commission documents provided on Saturday, June 27, and Sunday, June 28, ahead of his scheduled appearance on July 1, 2026.
The commission rejected attempts by the defense team to seek further delays to consult treating physicians, with the panel confirming that a formal application regarding a medical postponement to October 1, 2026, would be decided strictly on the existing papers.
The inquiry then shifted to a severe drug scandal involving a massive cocaine seizure in Eersterust, where direct testimony placed Major General Ferros Khan at the center of street rumors concerning missing narcotics.
A police officer testified under oath that following his own arrest over the Eersterust cocaine bust, he entered the passenger side of a vehicle driven by Major General Ferros Khan.
During that conversation, Major General Ferros Khan expressed sympathy over the officer’s arrest, questioned how an informant gained operational knowledge, and confirmed he had spoken with Canelongu on the day of the raid.
The testifying officer explicitly confronted Major General Ferros Khan inside the vehicle, informing him that widespread operational rumors named Major General Ferros Khan as the actual owner of the seized cocaine.
According to the sworn testimony, Major General Ferros Khan simply laughed off the direct accusation before promising to draft a supporting statement prior to the officer’s internal departmental hearing on Friday, September 18, 2021.
